I’m 61, a mom of five children , and a grandmother of one. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
My passion for fitness started at 15 and through the years and through the children my journey has started and stopped multiple times. I had my first child at 20 and my last at 45. I know what it’s like to pause, restart, lose strength, rebuild it, and do it all while putting everyone else first.
I also know how frustrating it can feel when your body doesn’t respond the way it used to. Turning 60 changed how I approached my body. Not because I stopped - but because what worked before didn’t work the same anymore.
Strength matters more now.
